Body by Dance Republic
Zumba - Easy to follow 100 % cardio, non - verbal. Our Zumba is going to blow your mind and you will get a great work out! If you are looking for inspiration, try this class. World class instructor!
Flex-O-Tone - This 1 hour long class has it all: You will start with a Barre style of warm up - continue with a Full Body Mat Conditioning - and finish with a luxurious Stretching to Zen music.
Solo-Latina - Latin dancing based work out. You will be able to learn some steps of cha-cha, samba, jive and dance your heart out to the great Latin music. By the end of the class you will learn and dance like a pro a short, fun choreography.
ExerSalsa - Salsa based drill class. You will get a nice cardio workout and learn and drill some Salsa patterns.
If you are new to our studio, please start with Free 30 min Private Consultation before jumping into any of our classes to find the right class for you. You don't have to sign for any program.
