In continuous six-week sessions, you’ll learn basic techniques combined with fun and interesting variations. Each class builds on the previous one to ensure understanding and to create a foundation allowing you to move forward. Classes are structured in a way to facilitate the learning process, allowing ample time for development of key skills like balance, coordination, and musicality.

You can drop-in only to the first and second class of every session; however after the second class we'd like you to commit to attending so you progress each week with what's being taught.

Over the years it branced out into many different directions such as Lindy Hop, East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, Boogie Woogie, Balboa, Jitterbug, Jive, Rock and Roll and Charleston. It can be danced to many different styles of music like Jazz, Blues or even Hip-Hop.
